Wendy’s of Missouri Receives Top Honor

(Springfield, Missouri) – Wendy’s of Missouri Franchisees Sam and June Hamra were presented with the prestigious “Wendy” Award at the Wendy’s International Convention in Orlando, Florida, on January 30, where 2,800 were in attendance including franchisee organizations, corporate personnel and suppliers.  The award was presented by to the top franchisee in each of the five Wendy’s regions.

Hamra Enterprises is pleased to announce that, Michael K. Hamra has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Hamra Enterprises. 

Mike previously served as President and COO of Boston Bread, LLC and Chicago Bread, LLC, which are Panera Bread franchises operating under the Hamra organization.

Local Wendy’s Restaurant on Top Again

In 1976 Sam and June Hamra opened a Wendy’s restaurant in Rolla, Missouri and today it’s recognized as one of the top Wendy’s restaurants out of 6,600 in the world.

For the second year in a row Wendy’s of Missouri franchisees Sam and June Hamra and Rolla Wendy’s General Manager Ed Curran were presented with the prestigious “Silver Cup” award at the Wendy’s International annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas, on September 22. The award recognized the Wendy’s restaurant in Rolla, Missouri as one of the top 14 Wendy’s restaurants in the world.

Wendy’s of Missouri Opens Republic Restaurant

Sam F. Hamra, Chairman & CEO of Wendy’s of Missouri, Inc., is pleased to announce the opening of their new Wendy’s restaurant in Republic, Missouri.

The new Wendy’s restaurant opened Monday, October 27 and is located at 1329 US Highway 60 East in Republic. “We’ve had many requests for a Wendy’s restaurant to be built in Republic and we’re very pleased to be apart of the Republic community,” said Hamra.
